Welcome to the On The Farm Preschool Theme!
The farm has an important place in all of our lives! It provides the milk we drink, the meat that graces our plates and the vegetables and fruit we consume. Who works on the farm? What animals live there? What foods are grown? Take the time to talk about the importance of farming (dairy, meat, fruit and vegetables). If you are able to visit a local farm or a whole sale foods market go, go, GO! What a wonderful first hand experience this would be to young learners!!
